Anniversary in Blackpool

We stayed at the Tudor Rose recently and it was great. Rooms clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb, had everything you needed. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary while we were there and they left some lovely flowers in our room. Big thank you to Courtney and Charlie for looking after us, a great couple. Also thank you to Chrissy and Michelle that work so hard in kitchen and cleaning the rooms. Great location and would definitely recommend. We will be back. Thank you all. Terry and Jo Walmsley x

Go somewhere else

Booked this Hotel through booking.com paid in full a couple of weeks in advance and turned up and no answer at the door or by phone. Contacted booking.com who managed to get in touch with the hotel who had forgot about the booking. Not good enough luckily we managed to get somewhere else, but very poor from the hotel.

Does the job

Was ok but very basic but what do you expect for basic money I was in room two witch was a nightmare as you have people above you and if they decide they aren't sleeping then you aren't either as the walls and ceilings are paper thin

Excellent communication, very friendly and caring.

Mandy couldn't have done enough for me when I booked a weekend away for my godson and his girlfriend for his 18th birthday. From the initial panicked phone call to book somewhere after an issue with the place I had previously booked to the day they checked out Mandy was on hand and really friendly and helpful. I can't fault anything. My godson will be leaving a review about the accomodation as I obviously didn't see it or stay, but in terms of communication, responsiveness, friendliness, care and compassion I would highly recommend booking a stay with Mandy at the Tudor Rose Hotel. Thank you so much for everything. I know my godson and his girlfriend had a wonderful stay and time with you, which is exactly what I wanted them to have on their first holiday away from family together.

Excellent

Excellent staff, so friendly, rooms clean and comfy, convenient location, breakfast was excellent, bar reasonably priced as well. Many and her staff put pride in their work and demeanor, giving you a wholehearted family welcome. Shall definitely book again
