Clean, comfy, nice- what else do you need?

Nice, warm welcoming and helpful host
Perfect short distance to winter gardens
Comfy thick carpet
Nice clean smell as if you visited rich friends
Comfy bed
Freshly renovated bath
Really I don‘t know what else you need.
Please book it but not during blackpool or wait until I ‚ve done my booking, there only a few rooms ;-)

Lovely Stay

Stayed here last minute two night stay and I was so impressed with the room it was fresh clean very spacious had everything you could need. The location was great right in the town centre and a two minute walk to the tower. Really good value for money too would definitely come back here.

Underwhelmed

The Charleston has the potential to be something fantastic, but it falls a little short.
We stayed in Cedar View Suite 4.
Upon arrival we found the bedroom carpets to be dirty and the cordless vacuum would not work, so had to get the cleaner to do it the following day, which didn’t improve the look of the carpets much. The door of the microwave was hanging off, the cleaner said that they were aware of that. The stairs carpet was very loose and in danger of being a trip hazard. The bottom sheet on the main bed was ill fitting and torn. Other than that, the place was nice, has a good layout and decent location.
Communication was good, the check in uncomplicated.
Would I stay again? Maybe not

Mattress smelling of urine

The room 3 cedar suite was very modern, the one thing that made it bad was the fact the beds mattress smelled strongly of urine, we slept on the floor, it was disgusting, also so the shower looked like it was missing apart of the cubical, water was spraying all over the floor, shame really as the room was really modern
