Lovely little hotel

Stayed here for a night on trip to Bath. Lovely, charming little hotel. The decor was period and the place was clean and well organised.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Bed was comfy and the bathroom clean with nice touches in the room like greetings cards, mints, and spa type toiletries.
Breakfast was good but portion a bit small for the price.
We will definitely stay again.

The stay was good. There was a banging occasionally from the water pipes I believe which I could hear. That aside we slept well on their comfy beds. Beautiful garden and friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.👌

We asked for 2 breakfasts, there was a lot of confusion and other guests were after us and got there breakfasts.
When our breakfast finally arrived the poached eggs were hard and the bacon was not cooked for long enough.
This weekend was booked as a birthday present for my wife.
We left the guest house very disappointed.

Beautiful and comfortable bed & breakfast, within easy walking distance to the train station and central Bath! My wife and I stayed one night here, and wish it had been more - it’s a really charming place.

Lovely find .very cosy . Loved the room
, friendly staff , comfy bed and good breakfast , not many places have fresh fruit and natural yoghurt . Would definitely recommend this hotel
