A night in the lair of the Templars.

I arrived without having made a reservation in advance.
The hotel is decorated with class. The room was superb with a view of the park. The car was in the hotel's private and secure parking. The breakfast included in the price was hearty, and there was even a pancake machine.
Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two very large wardrobes and a bathrobe available. The bed was comfortable (with plenty of cushions) and the room was very clean. Top value for money. As for the staff, very nice from the reception to the hotel staff. Located in the heart of the city, I recommend it.

Spacious room, ample breakfast

This was our last stop on a two week trip around Portugal. Reception staff were friendly and gave advice on where to go. We had a very spacious room and a large full bathroom and balcony. Secure parking is included in the hotel grounds. We had very limited time to explore the Convent of Christ, and walk around the old town in the late afternoon. We ate dinner at a small family run restaurant in the old town. The substantial buffet breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options. The hotel is good value and is definitely recommended. We had just enough time to visit the restored medieval Synagogue before leaving Tomar for Lisbon.

Wonderful hotel, 5 minute walk to the town centre.
Travelling on motorbikes secure parking is very important to us.
We were able to book the hotel private outdoor parking (on-site) for a fee. There are security barriers to enter/ exit.
Great facilities, loved the pool.
Very comfortable room with air conditioning.
Breakfast options were very good.
Supermarkets and shops etc very close by.
Would recommend.

Reception staff speaks very good English. Pool outdoors and indoors are very good, little TLC needed as some of the loungers are broken.
I knew about the paid coffee pods in room and paid parking for guests not booked directly on their site...inconvenient indeed but I knew about them before. The coffee pods paid are odd. Otherwise all good, good room, balcony, air con and comfy bed on the firm side.

Beautiful hotel. Two lovely pools and an excellent breakfast. Rooms perfect with balconies. Highly recommend
