Was a great large room for the three of us. We weren't sure what to expect but it was amazing and the location was amazing as well. Would definitely stay again. I was considered with one of the reviews regarding parking but it was so easy.

Lapa82 is conveniently located with access to public transportation.

It does not have too many rooms, all individually furnished. Very nice staff, communication went smoothly. Breakfast must be ordered precisely the night before, so there is no waste. Reordering is possible at any time. The windows facing the street are illuminated at night by very bright street lamps (possibly due to the messages on the opposite street).
The shower takes a long time before the water is no longer cold. The shower takes a long time to warm up. It won't get more than lukewarm. One must like it.

The Lapa B&B was cozy and comfortable. The trolly stop in front was very nice and enabled us to get around and back with the classic rattling car. Very pleasant.

Great Stay and manager Carolina is awesome!

The staff was excellent. The manager Carolina helped us return to the property once we checked out to visit Porto but we had to return because of the Portugal and Spain power outage. Carolina helped us tremendously by letting us return to the hotel after our check out day. We also decided to return 3 weeks later and on short notice, she again accommodated us! The owner was great by approving this accomodation in short notice. Rooms are spacious and modern. Reasonable price for rooms. Comfortable bed and decent location to main attractions!❤️

Good value for money

Very well received upon arrival by a person available and warm. Spacious and very clean room. Fully equipped kitchen at your disposal which allows you to cook and have your meal in the large living room very well arranged. Located in a very nice area.
