Attention if you are disabled

Please note that this hotel does not have rooms for disabled guests but offers a room without specific facilities for an additional €10 per night... since when do we charge for disabled guests?

The hotel is beautiful and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I booked this hotel in a great hurry as my vrbo was awful and I needed to leave it asap. What I did not see was that the booking was non refundable. I had booked it for 5 nights because thats what I booked my vrbo for, but realized when I got there, (in less than 20 minutes) that I only really needed it for 1 night as this would cost me more than my vrbo.
I explained my situation to them, and the team at vrbo did their best, but they still decided to charge me for 5 nights. Very disappointed that they would not give me an allowance of some kind given my extremely distressed situation when I booked.

Booked a basic twin room, it was larger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautifully clean, modern bathroom, a safe and plenty of hanging space for clothes.
The breakfast was well maintained at all times, nothing ever ran out. Enough good choices, scrambled eggs, bacon & frankfurter sausages in the hot section. Bread, rolls, coissants, pasties the wonderful pastel de natas, cereals, some fruits, ham, cheese and tomatoes. There’s a self help pancake maker which was worth a try! All in all a good hotel, priced keenly too.

2 nights at work

Door of the entrance closed, opens with the card, on arrival of 1x was complicated to open the door, because it was already late in the night.
We had to pay for parking, but we were informed because we questioned how it worked.
Parking bad, very tight... so the -2 not recommend.
The toilet has a bathtub instead of a shower, the toilet door closes the entrance to the bathtub.
The air conditioning does not work under conditions, it only gave heat, it was two very bad nights. We slept from an open window, with the noise of the cars (turning to the main road) was not easy.
Breakfast with little variety and circulation by is not facilitated.
Opening the room with card, easy.
