Great location, excellent staff!

A small, comfortable hotel in a good location - a few minutes walk in one direction from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from Praça do Comércio. The 28 tram also stopped outside. My room was small although clean and comfortable although I had a nice view of a wall!
Breakfast was very good and included fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. The staff were excellent, especially Paulo and Ricardo.
There were very few negatives: the air conditioning and WiFi connection were a little temperamental, the wardrobe wasn’t tall enough to hang trousers or t-shirts and the air-conditioning control unit was far too bright when trying to sleep.
Overall, a good price in a nice area with helpful staff.

Just incredible. We loved the place and won't stay anywhere else when we're in Lisbon. Exceeded my expectations. Everything is very well organized, slick, new and professional. Thanks!

Love, Love, Love! Location was right in the heart of EVERYTHING! The room was a typical small European hotel room. Had all the necessary comforts: coffee, water, a really great bed. We chose to eat out but they offered breakfast for 15€. A tram that takes you around the old town has a stop a just a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel can sell you a 10€ ticket that gets you around town on the old & new trams, metro bus & train as much as you want for 24hrs. It’s A LOT of walking up/down streets so the trams help. Overall if ever in Lisboa again I would stay at the Dalma again. Their staff, beginning with Paulo and Daniel were extremely helpful and professional. We are very grateful to them both for helping to make our stay enjoyable. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quality, affordable stay in the heart of Downtown Lisboa.
