Good experience for a good price!

New, modern and comfortable room, the hotel is straight at the marina. Some nice restaurants on a walking distance. A really good pickup service and friendly staff! We can only recommend this place.

Had a very pleasant stay at Horta Bay. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Perfectly located near the ferry station and Peter´s Cafe, with a beautiful view of the Pico.
Communication, check-in and service were flawless.
I will return and would definitely recommend.

Disappointing, where do the 4 stars come from?

We stayed 3 nights in this "aparthotel" as a family (3) in May. We had the room on the top floor with a sofa, beds, and kitchen. No sea view, we had to wait 20 minutes before being welcomed after a phone call. No information was given to us about the hotel's operation, no services offered! We did not have any breakfast despite the payment. The bathroom handle was broken, making it impossible to close the door. The kitchen is not very useful if we go to the restaurant, which was our case. At no time did anyone come to inquire about our well-being. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3, we had to ask for another one! Incredible... at first, no one was there for the check-out, we felt like we were leaving like thieves! We have traveled a lot, and this review aims to be as factual as possible without any intention to belittle... It's up to you to form your own opinion!
