Unpleasant odor, desperate need of remodel - but great location
Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the unit there was a strong, unpleasant odor that appeared to come from the old, stained carpeting. The smell was very similar to animal urine and persisted throughout our stay. While we tried to overlook it, it noticeably affected our comfort and enjoyment of the accommodation.
In addition, the apartment appears to be in need of updating. Although everything was functional, the dated condition—particularly the carpeting—detracted from what could otherwise be a very nice property.

The bed for me is a bit too hard so uncomfortable for me and my only really negative point was the balcony. No furniture which was really disappointing

A very pleasant stay
I found it very clean and having a sofa was a plus when relaxing late in the evening.
I requested a frontal ocean view apartment rather than the side view and as much as they said it isn’t guaranteed I received exactly what I asked for
So why drop a star. The balcony is yet again pointless at this property. As much has thought has gone into the rooms inside, the lack of interest in the outside balcony was disappointing. It just wasn’t enjoyable to relax in the evening watching the sunset (which was beautiful) as there was such a high wall to it and zero furniture to sit down
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable either. Very hard for my preference
Other than that a lovely stay and can’t fault other parts.
The team on reception were very helpful when needed
