Rude Russian cleaner
Until I stayed one in March 2 weeks..
The Russian cleaning lady was really nasty to me. She was really rude.
She watched me all the time. I wasn't allowed to let my dress dry on my balcony.
I was not allowed to make breakfast in the kitchen in my neat pyjamas.
I wasn't allowed to keep my food in the fridge in the kitchen. Because I had a room with fridge. I would supposedly take up too much space in the fridge in the kitchen.
While there was still plenty of room for other guests.
She also said that I was flouting all house rules. Which wasn't the case at all.
In addition, she said that everyone in the hostel hated me. And that no one liked me.
I don't like lies like this.
I am a very sweet, warm, quiet, social and empathetic woman.
I broke down in tears.
That's not how you treat your guests!
When I heard that, I immediately canceled. And left early.
Being treated like that went way too far for me.
I told the owner everything. But he didn't do much about it. Because the weird Russian still works there.
This way you drive away customers unnecessarily.
The rooms are great!
The location is great!
The fellow travelers were nice. I've had the best conversations.
Lots of noise from the street though.
I'd fire the Russian cleaning lady.
