Kindness and service above all from top-notch hosts.

At the beginning of August 2023, my husband and I, who were on a bicycle trip along the Costa Vicentina, stayed in this beautiful hotel with personality. Its owners made our stay charming, both for their kindness at times since we did not have autonomy of movement when riding a bicycle, or for their friendliness and education. The breakfast was very good, lacking any industrial pastries, which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderfull

Alto da Lua is a great place to be. Surrounded by wonderfull nature, located 25 minutes by car away from beautyful beaches and runned by Helge and his great team. You will wake up and have a great view to the ocean from your balcony. Anna is going to serve a great breakfast with the legendary fruit salad and you will start the day served by great and very friendly people. If your children like taking a ride through this beautyful landscape, horsesinthesun.com is 7 minutes by foot away, and Helge can connect you. My 17 year old daughter enjoyed the ride to the beach and the two hours ride.

Amazing guesthouse right in the middle of the forest. The place is perfectly quiet and peaceful.
The owners of the guest house welcomed us and did their best to make our stay perfect.
If you like quiet places, this is definitely a place you need to stop by.

Lovely B&B with welcoming hosts

Heike and Helge were wonderful hosts who welcomed us as if we were part of their family and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Their property is situated 10-15 minutes from Aljezur with beautiful views over the surrounding hills. Having your own transport is essential but worth while for exploring the east coast of Portugal. The rooms, which were spacious and light with a balcony, are all on one side of the property to enjoy the view and overlook the pool which is well supplied with sunbeds and plenty of other seating both in the sun and shade. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. We appreciated being able to borrow a umbrella and body board to take to the beach rather than buying one as we seem to do every time we go abroad! I can thoroughly recommend this B&B.

Amazing

Just amazing! Perfection in details, astonishing views, hosts are always caring to fulfill every guest needs. I recommend everyone to spend time in this amazing hotel. The good vibes are absolutely contagious.
