Very good location, very close to the sea side and beach

This property is very close to the beach and in walking distance from the centre of SOPOT. The property is very basic with some bad points but in general it is very good value for money. I would recommend this property on a budget, for a short stay.

Nice play for the weekend

We spend there long weekend, place is located really close to main street Monte Cassino, but its still quite area. We~ve got the room with the bathroom, nice and clean. The building is quite old, there also stairs to climb. Big plus for localization.

Clean, basic and central

We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend. We weren't expecting much, it was cheap and as we were there for a wedding we weren't looking for exceptional accommodation as that wasn't what the stay was about. For our needs it was perfect. Basic, clean, great wifi and very central to to the shops, bars and beach.
If you're expecting a hotel don't book, there are no complimentary toiletries and it's tricky to find housekeeping if you need anything. However clean towels and a decent check out of 12pm made it perfect for us.

Features, promises, booking mistakes etc.

I was living at Hacienda from 12/06/14 - 14/06/14 with my friend, and let me just start by saying this was the most pathetic thing I've ever been at. This is not from what they tell you on hotels.com, it's not a hotel, not even close. This is a hostel, you can hear everything in the rooms, matresses are hard as stone, if you read that you'll get a fridge + freezer for your room, well ... We didn't, and apparently none of the others that lived there didn't either. As we were 2 staying there we went for 2 rooms, but to be honest we only had 1, and a wooden out-door living room with no curtains or anything, a couch and a table.. It was a sleeping couch, so either they're just going for public nudity or something. Bathroom... Well it was OK, but again no curtains for the window, so when you were going to the toilet, everybody was able to see you from outside. This was absolutely not the 620zl worth, I think I'll go for Sheraton next time, that I at least knows lives up to every word written on hotels.com.

If you would compromize service and comfort to get good location for ok price then welcome

Very good location - main street and train station are just around the corner, not far from seaside also. Quite modern room with ok kitchen facility. Nice view with a piece of the see (for upper floor). Good wifi. Some staff people sincerely try to help.
NO ANY SERVICE AT ALL! No reception, no room service, lady who welcome guests is not speaking english very well, not very helpful (cannot give advise or directions). Awful hall with old high stairs, not for older people and children.Very bad metal gates at the yard. Bad door in the room - the lock looks almost broken. No soundproof - you can hear everything as if there is no walls at all. Very small bathroom. Not that good matrasses.
