Could do better
The room in which I stayed was on the third (top) floor, with two skylights. There was no way of blocking out the light from these skylights, so the room warmed up no end and you had to open the skylights in order to try and get some cooling.
The rising sun didn't wake me - the constant screeching of seagulls did. I didn't get a night's sleep in a week. The bed had one of those rubber sheets on it, resulting in me waking up in a pool of sweat.
The food was so bad the caterers were sacked. Personally I didn't really have a problem with the food - each soup I had was nice and there were a couple of other decent things during the week. However, the "fresh fruit" that appeared each morning looked exceedingly tired and the pasta salad bore an uncanny resemblance to that of the previous day, the suspicion being they had just given it a stir. Coffee at breakfast was just the instant variety.
The venue is located within walking distance of the town centre (15 mins to the station) and a similar distance to the beach.
The lavatories on the first and second floors were never vile, but often without soap and with overflowing bins.
Next door is a billiard place, I'm not sure whether it's part of the same business, but it's kind of in the same building. The barman spoke most excellent English, and cocktails were both nice and inexpensive, no more than 30 złoty.
There seems to be a pizza place opposite the front entrance, but I only discovered that on my final day.
