Unimaginable dirt in the pool area.
Unimaginable dirt in the pool area. The rim above the waterline is covered with greasy grime that comes off under your finger, it is not the tile pattern.

I understand your feelings and respect your right to your opinion.
I read your message upon arriving at work yesterday and immediately contacted the other managers to verify the mentioned issues.
I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding. However, I wanted to return to you with a full range of information. After receiving your message, our team began an additional inspection of the leisure area, which started yesterday and is still ongoing.
Thanks to this, we know that the natural limestone travertine tiles visible in the photos acquire a characteristic hue and texture after prolonged exposure to water. Of course, the dust collected on the ventilation grille is indisputable and has been promptly removed. Some things definitely look worse in photos, especially in close-up.
Our team emphasizes positive relationships and numerous interactions between the team and guests. Because of this, I know you spoke with the Front Office Manager and received a personal apology from her. Shortly thereafter, the same manager inspected the pool. At the end of your stay, when your companion was asked about their feelings regarding the stay, they stated they were positive.
Today, our technicians entered the pool to address the discoloration caused by pool chemicals on its delicate surface.I am truly sorry that your expectations for a relaxing time at Zamek Giżycki were not met due to issues in the pool area.
I appreciate your direct contact and openness in communication, as our team greatly hopes for your return in the future.The cleanliness of our pool is extremely important and one of our fundamental concerns.

We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager.

A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. The lift is narrow and small and half a level up from the reception. Beautifully decorated dining room and the bedroom we had was decorated with mahogany bed panels, chest, wardrobes and bureau. Sanitary suite is modern, only shower available. It is a good base to visit nearby lakes or just to enjoy the local village.

Best hotel in 200 km radius
I've never heard about Gizycko town until preparing our northern Poland tour. As we were visiting the Wolf's Lair which is around half an hour drive from Gizycko, we chose to spend a night here in order not to drive 3 hours back to Gdansk in one day.
Hotel is situated in a historic Chateau right by the river flowing through center of this small town. Check in was fast by kind staff, and we were given a nice room with river view.
Room was spacious enough with nice classic era style decoration.
Breakfast served in the morning was very good and varied.
Best of all is the spa area with heated fair size pool, two hot tubs attached to it and sauna. This was very pleasant to heat ourselves after exploring out in the woods on a cold March day.
In front of the hotel is a parking lot paying few Euros.
Hotel to recommend as you wont find similar in vicinity.
