The room was very clean, the food at the cafeteria la Bagatela was beyond delicious. Very nice staff, close to everything. I highly recommend this place.

Good location near Wrzeszcz station

We stayed here for just one night before catching a train from the nearby Wrzeszcz station to our next destination the following morning. We arrived in the evening and received a very warm welcome from the gentleman at the reception, whose friendly service made a great first impression.
The hotel has a charming retro feel from the outside, and the room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Overall, it offers good value for money. The location is excellent for public transport, making it an ideal choice if you're flying into Gdańsk and continuing your journey to another part of Poland the next day.
The neighborhood itself is great during the day, with three large shopping malls just a short walk away. In the evening, however, it felt a bit less comfortable, and we noticed more questionable-looking people around than in Gdańsk's city center.
The breakfast was somewhat limited and ended up being a bit of a disappointment.

The hotel is located on a very busy main street and was extremely noisy. As a result, I was unable to sleep well during my stay. While some staff members were helpful and friendly, others were less accommodating.
I have traveled extensively throughout Europe, and this was the poorest hotel experience I have had in terms of communication. Before my trip, I sent three messages through Expedia regarding my reservation but never received a response.
Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel was situated right on the high street, very close to all sorts of shops and banks. The hotel flooring was beautiful marble and the rooms were really nice with excellent showers. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with delicious home made bread and croissants. It was served in a cosy cafe style space with windows facing the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful
