Accommodation all in all good

The navigator gave us some trouble to get there, due to roadworks in the area. The structure, although it has known better times, is kept decently. The room is large and clean, in the bathroom 3 tiles are cracked and should be replaced. The restaurant doesn't work. When we went to breakfast a grim security guard asked us for the room number first, then kept an eye on us from behind the counter until we left. Breakfast so so so...

The best hotel near to all the many good restaurants, malls and metro. Quality service and good staffs.

surely will come back and recomment to my friends. Hotel has big lobby area and wifi is working perfect. Hotel provides car park in basement. No need to spend for taxi since metro station is 03-05 min. walking distance only. and if you need it is always available in front.

Pretty good for a quick overnight stop

Stopped here on the way to Warsaw. Rooms were large and for the first time in Poland it was easy to get a room for 4 people. On a quiet street with parking. Perfectly acceptable as a stopover hotel - no issues at all. Internet was fast and price was good.

Cold hotel not worth price

Rude RECEPTIONIST and cold Room
Didnt make my stay Pleasant. The price was too expensive for the quality. This is not good hotel to stay. Parking is On opposite site without security.
Only one advantage close to shopping MALL, but far From centre.

Niestety mój pobyt w tym hotelu pozostawił sporo negatywnych odczuć. Atmosfera, która jest przedstawiana w materiałach promocyjnych, znacząco różni się od tego, czego doświadczyłem na miejscu.
Już od rana dało się słyszeć nieprzyjemne sytuacje i podniesione głosy pomiędzy pracownikami, co nie wpływało pozytywnie na komfort pobytu. Dodatkowo obsługa w recepcji sprawiała wrażenie niechętnej i mało zainteresowanej gośćmi.
Najbardziej zaskakująca była jednak sytuacja, w której zachęcano do wystawiania negatywnych opinii na temat innych pracowników hotelu. Trudno uznać takie zachowanie za profesjonalne, a tym bardziej za przejaw „rodzinnej atmosfery”, o której tak często można przeczytać.
Mam nadzieję, że zarząd zwróci uwagę na te kwestie, ponieważ wpływają one na odbiór całego obiektu i doświadczenia gości.
