The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. Even though it’s near the centre the surrounding streets were quiet. The spa was really nice and all the staff I spoke with were really friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience

It was great. We left this hotel yesterday, but we already miss it. The location is perfect: near the castle, on a quiet street parallel to the main avenue. Therefore, we were right in the city centre but without the noise, and we were halfway between the Main Market Square and the lively quarter of Kazimierz. The staff, the room, the spa, the restaurant – all these elements are what made our sixth visit to Kraków so unique.

Great experience, stunning building inside and out

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful location.
The rooms were comfortable with all the old world touches in the furnishings that made them feel special. But we appreciated the modern touch of a very high functioning air-conditioning!
Everything from the decor to the linens were wonderful. Service was great. Would stay again.
