I really enjoyed my stay at Yucay Plaza but it was Victoria who made it special. She was attentive to my needs, spoke English extremely well and even gave me and a friend a personal tour of Yucay, packed with amazing information. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Victoria for being a great hostess and guide.

"I highly recommend this hotel!"

It was my first trip to South America and I have to say, Victoria made me love Peru. When my friends and I first arrived at the hotel, there were some constructions and Victoria was super apologetic. She made it a point to make us feel at home. During our stay at the hotel, Victoria went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay. For one of our breakfasts, she took us to a nearby market herself to let us experience the local life in Peru. She also took us around the neighborhood and basically, gave us a tour. Moreover, there was a local festival when we were there. She took us with her as well so that we can get the experience of being part of a local festival.
I also remembered the day before we left for the Inca Trail, I was burnt by the sun really badly. When I got back to the hotel, I was feeling feverish. Victoria was shocked at my lobster-like appearance and was very concerned for me since I will be going on the trail the next day. She took care of me and made sure that I was okay. Before I left her hotel in the morning, she gave me her personal number and told me that if anything I need any help or if I cannot continue on the Inca Trail, she will be around to help me. I was really touched at her actions. She demonstrated genuine care for her guests.
All in all, Victoria had not only been a great host but also a great friend. Whenever people ask me which one of the South American countries is my favorite, I would always answer Peru. And I have no doubt that this answer is influenced by my first stay in Peru at Yucay Plaza Inn and Victoria.

One of my best experiences in Peru!!!

We found the Yucay Plaza Inn by the store owner about a block east who had told us a way lower price than was actual to stay there...but the Manager and her dad worked with us on a price and we were glad we spent the extra money out of our budget to stay there because they treated us wonderfully!! There was a couple different times that they sat down and had tea with us and told us stories of growing up in that city. When they made and served us breakfast it was great because they were so sweet, but they also didn't rush us and spent time visiting with us and answering our so many questions:) We really loved getting to know the area from them and getting to know them...and, oh yeah, the beds and rooms were a lot nicer and better kept than all the other places we stayed!! Overall, I would say Yucay Plaza Inn is a great place to stay in a great city with great service!!!

Totalmente recomendable!!!

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue grata. El servicio de su personal A1, los chicos y la señora que atienden son muy amables. Instalaciones impecables y con todas las comodidades necesarias: agua caliente, wifi, TV y desayuno a la carta. El hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor. Muy buena ubicación. Lo recomiendo

Excelente servicio y muy acogedor

Hospedarme en Yucay Plaza fue una linda experiencia. Empezando por el personal, estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudar y brindarme todas las comodidades. La habitación es limpia, ordenada y acogedora.
Lo recomiendo al 100%, es un excelente hotel para pasar unos días en familia y/o amigos, otro punto a favor es su buena ubicación, cerca a la plaza central.
