Friendly and clean B&B

Miskiwasi Bed & Breakfast is a small, quiet hotel in Yangue in the Colca Valley and a good base for many activities in the area. The Bitzer couple are very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and the size is fine. Breakfast is very appealing, as is the associated restaurant. Value for money is consistent. There is also a small garden where you can relax after your activities.
The Miskiswasi is definitely recommended.

Miskiwasi was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and smelt amazing. The food served at the hotel was lovely and very delicious. A nice variety for breakfast and dinner. The owners of Miskiwasi were so accommodating. They helped up with booking tours and taxis, and made sure we got to each place we needed to be. We would highly recommend doing Chimpa Fortress as we saw over 20 condors and enjoyed a hike at the same time (much cheaper then the Colca cross tour, less people and more condors!). Yanque is very small, a trip to Chivay may be of interest if you have the spare time.

Haven of peace in the middle of the Cañon de Colca

Superb bed and breakfast in the charming little village of Yanque. The couple who run the hotel are very attentive and friendly, and the meals are exquisite! Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the patio is a real haven of peace. Moreover, the village of Yanque, more tranquil and authentic than Chivay, is a wonderful base to explore the Cañon de Colca. Thank you very much Elar and Paolina for a fantastic stay!

B&B perfect for visiting Colca Canyon

We spent 2 nights in this charming small man-sized hotel to visit the canyon. The mistress of the house is extremely kind always ready to help and what a cook!! Bedroom 5 is very nice with its living room. And don't miss his homemade Pisco Sour!
