Bad experience Neglected hotel
The hotel is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the north, outside and networks one may believe that the hotel is cute, but it was not, facilities that lack cleaning, bathrooms with spider webs, wetbar with mushrooms and hair. Poor staff care from admission we were attended by an elderly gentleman who neither asked me nor took a photo of the ID. This hotel needs investment improve furniture and staff who can do a better Service as they do not charge cheaply.
I touch a room overlooking a clothesline, ugly furniture, worn and dirty curtains. I wouldn't recommend it not as a family or a couple

WE'LL NEVER COME BACK.
LOUSY.
The day we arrived there was toilet paper stuck on the shower walls. Laundry pipe broken. Spider and cockroaches... For some reason we still don't understand every day my youngest son had an allergy there. There were no little ones at lunchtime; nor could they give me a glass of water because they DID NOT HAVE. Bad Service and Pool... It looked like standing water!!! Very green and slutty. We never even thought to use it....

Very bad stay: serious lack of hygiene and terrible service, never go.
Very bad stay: serious lack of hygiene and terrible service, never go. We found two spoons, one coming out from under the TV cabinet and the other giant from the bathroom pipe, there were tiny bugs coming out of the hand wash. They did not change our towels daily despite reiterating the order.
Power went out throughout the area, but this was the only hotel that did not have a working generator and we were without power or water for over 12 hours. A friend had to work and the administrator told her to go to Piura.
When we complained, they offered us a lunch as compensation, which we rejected because we already had to leave and that solution was not proportional to the damage generated. We agreed by mail a return of S/200, but then they retracted and offered a transferable coupon, totally useless because we will never go back or recommend to anyone that place again.

Unacceptable cleaning conditions and poor customer service
Our experience at this hotel was abysmal. We found two spoons that came straight out of the bathroom pipe in our room, which was extremely unpleasant. In addition, we were without power or water for more than 12 hours, being the only hotel in the area that did not have a functional generator. To this is added that our towels were not changed daily, despite our repeated request.
When submitting our complaint at reception, they tried to compensate us with a lunch, which we found insufficient and out of place. Later, after a communication by mail, we agreed to receive compensation of S/200, but then they retracted and wanted to give us a transferable accommodation voucher for the same amount. We found this solution unacceptable as, after our bad experience, we have no intention of returning or recommending the hotel to anyone.
Another noteworthy point is that neither the manager nor the owner took the trouble to speak to us directly; instead, everything was handled through a hotel employee. These were not the only problems we faced during our stay, so we completely discouraged this hotel.

Se fue la luz y el agua!
Fatal! La atención de la administradora y mayoría de empleados es PÉSIMA (no se hacen responsables y mala forma al hablar) se fue la luz y no querían prender el motor; primero nos dicen que el motor está malogrado y lo cambiarían en 45 minutos, volvemos pasando 45 min y nos dan otra versión “ ya estuvo prendido 3 horas ( lo cual es mentira) porq no estuvieron aquí “
