The best hotel in the whole of South Cusco.
The best Hotel in the whole of South Cusco. Ideal to be with family. Very comfortable and homely. I'd definitely come back. It is perfect to establish a resting point and know the wonders of Cusco such as Vinincunca, Raqchi, Machu Pitumarca, Qeswachaca Bridge and other must-see areas.

as a stopover okay
We were here in November as a base for Q’eswachaka. Therefore, just as a stopover. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not in operation and the building is quite noisy. However, the room was huge with an anteroom.

Gladly again, friendly and clean
We stayed on the drive from Cusco to Puno in Sicuani, Wilkamayu hotel, it was a good decision. The Wilkamayu team is very friendly and helpful. Could put the car in the hotel's associated parking lot. Rooms are very spacious and clean. In the lounge a fireplace was lit and we could enjoy the evening nicely. Breakfast was very good. We can definitely recommend the Wilkamayu. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner in Sicuani.

Construction site noise
I stayed at the Wilkamayu Hotel in Sicuani for the second time. This time there is only one star. When we arrived, we wanted to take a nap because of jet lag. No chance. A construction site door to door. The door from our hallway to the outside was unhung and sometimes looked directly at a construction site with machine and construction site noise. And that went on the next morning at 7:30. I complained to the front desk. The lady just said she was sorry, but that was not the construction site of her hotel. I think I should have been made aware of the construction site noise when making a reservation by phone. Then I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise the Wilkamayu is quite charming. Our church has actually chosen this hotel for years. But I'm not going down there anymore.

Sober Pension well for one night of stage
Great room but it was quite cold despite the small heating. Especially no heating in the bathroom. Fortunately the water was very hot. The bedding is of good quality and the thick blankets made it not cold at night. Calm down at night. Breakfast is quite basic and does not start until 6:30. Too bad because everyone has to leave before 7:00.
