Great place, great hosts
Jessica and Carlos were great! The rooms are simple, clean and affordable. They have a lovely space to chill out/ take a beer and are always happy to help. In fact, Carlos was insistent on taking me to the hospital and another doctor after a kitesurfing injury. They were also happy for me to hang my gym rings right outside the room, perfect! Great hospitality.

Great place with the best relaxing vibe!
My girlfriend and I spent a few days in the beach end of November and we can easily say, during our 2 months trip around South America, Los Faroles was the nicest place we stayed.
The staff is lovely and helpful, they make sure you are comfortable and happy with everything there.
The hostel has a really cool and relaxing back your with bbq, hammock, ping pong table, shades under the trees and 3 awesome dogs!
The rooms are big, bright, clean, the beds are very comfortable and the hot shower is pretty good!
The hostel is really well located, walking distance the shops and beach, also they borrow bikes for the guests. WiFi works very well.
To go surfing in El Faro you have to get a moto taxi which is not a big deal.
For the surfers is the place is the best set up!
They don’t offer breakfast however you can have it in a restaurant just across the road or you can use the hostel kitchen.

Los Faroles Surf Hostell!!!
This hostel (actually named Los Faroles) is the best spot in Pacasmayo for your surf trip! Carlos, Jessica and the staff are such beautiful people who take care to make sure that your stay is comfortable.
This place is an institution as all the best foreign and local surfers flock here when the swells hit.
The rooms are simple but beautiful and very thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The garden spaces are all nice and there are several functional kitchens for you to cook up a storm with your friends.
Nice to land somewhere with a good energy and well taken care of but still great value for money on this surf trip...

Tranquility, comfort, security, and surf savey.
Hospedaje Los Faroles is a family run establishment. It is located one block from the beach on a quiet street. When you get back from the beach you can shower off in the outdoor shower, hang out in the hamocks under the trees and listen to the birds. There is a small resturant and cold beers on site. The have some bicycles that you can use for free and there are also some surfboards to rent. Free wifi and access to kitchen facilities if you choose to cook for yourself. I have been to Pacasmayo twice to surf in the last 10 years, once as a solo female and now as a couple. I feel very fortunate to stay at Los Faroles. The family here are very hospitable, helpful, and caring. Their lodging is clean, comfortable, and secure. It is a rare sanctuary in the otherwise rugged landscape. We are making plans for a return trip next year with our 11 year old son.

Green oasis & friendly staff
Came to check out the surf and stayed 10 days because of the laid back helpful family who run this mini oasis. And the surf! Fun long waves.
Get a room on the second or third floor for the breeze and view. We shared kitchen with the cheapie rooms because the brand new appliances in our kitchen didn't fit the power sockets :)
All good. Easy!
