A beautiful oasis!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the grounds are so quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the room so clean and well provisioned. Highly recommend!

Reasonable hotel with parking for SUVs a short walk from the city centre

Comfy and quiet. This hotel is an easy 15 minute walk right to the centre of the old town. Breakfast was pretty average (although they have a toaster which I haven seen much of in our South American travels to date).
There is parking onsite for vehicles with clearance in excess of 2.3m (width could be an issue though as gate is narrow if your car is wider than an SUV).

We had a bad stay on site.

Breakfast is very bad and in the cold, pigeons are among the foods that we will eat and those that are on our tables. We stayed at apto 213, there's water source next to the room 24 hours, imagine, we can't sleep right. I was in retirement, noises of break break, we went p rest and we did not get, the name of the Hotel he Refugio, but only the name. You take a bath and come out a water in my bathroom, without conditions to use. There's a window on top, and a curtain is about 60cm long, the day rises and that clarity enters the room. Inexplicable the disappointment of the hotel. As there was no worse, there was a morning, that there was a celebration like an engagement, and 8:00 in the morning there was sound, with a microphone and an infernal noise. This is unacceptable.

Very good choice

Quiet hotel, good staff. breakfast buffet was varied. The rooms in the back are new and elegant. Good price for the service. Interesting option close to the city center. has green spaces and rooms are away from the street.
