Cozy rooms, yummy breakfast

Cozy room, very good breakfast and nice staff who helped us solving a problem with a tour chaffeur.
The hotel is located a few steps from tPlaza de Armas.

Wonderful stay and amazing staff!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — everyone made me feel so comfortable. Everything was very clean, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was great. I also really appreciated the breakfast-to-go option, which was very convenient for an early start.
The only small issue was that some of the electrical outlets didn’t have the best contact, but honestly, everything else was excellent. I would happily stay here again!

Outstanding experience

Los Tambos is truly a special place. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main square. The rooms are very comfortable, and the beautiful panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of the volcanoes. The staff are extremely kind and professional. A special mention goes to José…his dedication and the exceptional way he does his job are truly rare these days.

Perfect location

Correct. Perfect location. I would have appreciated better heating, there was only one sad radiator. But the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly.
