Need upgrade and more service

Located outside the city and near the airport
This place provide a big garden but abandoned
At the restaurant there is only one waitress who run like a hell
The food is really bad
Room was ok
The staff at the reception is not so friendly
This place could be so nice with some upgrade and more service

Need some TLC

This hotel is extremely quirky with all sorts of antiques and unusual objects around the communal areas, it is set out of the town and could be so lovely, however it is rundown, rooms are tired the grounds are unkempt and there is an overall feeling of not being looked after. The breakfast was poor not much choice and not really very nice. When we arrived I wanted to leave but seems there isn’t much choice in Nazca so we stayed. The hotel wasn’t busy which may have impacted the ability to get service at the bar and a decent evening meal. Due to the location you have no choice but to try and make the most of whats on offer. On the plus side there is some wonderful wildlife, we saw peacocks, an owl, humming birds and ducks.

A total deception

Terrible experience, the price doesn’t justify the service or the quality of the installations.
The pool was dirty and with algae, the bed mattress is really hard and we found a dead spider under one pillow.
The hotel was very old and the garden was very neglected, it doesn’t match wit the photos here or in Booking, there was animal poo in all the surrounding halls.
We gladly only stay one night, I’ll never return to that hotel.

Appalling

Terrible experience, the cost does not justify the service received or the quality of the facilities, the pool dirty with algae, the beds hard, we found spiders in the bed, everything was super old and neglected, the booking photos do not correspond to the facilities in the Currently, we only stayed one night happily, I would not return to that hotel.

Beautiful property, average accommodations, and service.

As part of a travel tour (which we paid additional for accommodations), we stayed here. Supposedly, the only four star hotel in Nazca, we arrived and were very impressed with the grounds, outside property, etc. However, once assigned a room, it was a throwback to a 1960s motel. Minimal amenities had to almost beg for additional pillows and towels, which took more than an hour. Granted, we visited during the "shoulder season", however, we were completely underwhelmed. A few of the staff were friendly, but mostly uninterested in the level of advertised accommodation. Dinner was enjoyable. Breakfast was unmemorable. Not knowing much about Nasca, we'd probably do more due diligence than the tour company (Exoticca) did on our behalf. Also, be prepared for minimal English communication and have your smartphone available with translation.
