A mediocre experience at Lunahuana River Resort
When we were called to eat lunch at the resort’s restaurant (included in the tour), we were served ridiculous food portions. I called the resort manager, Fernando Blanco, to see what happened, but he gave me an attitude, indicating that we were supposed to get kid-size meals, and that is precisely what we got, he said. I will attach pictures of the servings to judge for yourselves. If you receive a kid's meal, the portion should be smaller, not having the chicken fillet cut in half even more; when I inquired with the tour supervisor, he said that we paid for a whole serving, not a kid's meal. Therefore the resort manager, Fernando Blanco, blatantly lied to me. The person in charge of the tour company fixed it after my complaint, but the resort manager did not even say sorry or that everything was a big misunderstanding. Not a place I would recommend if you talk about quality and excellent service, which is expected at resorts.
A resort manager should be presented showing charisma and customer service, not giving an attitude, even if his day is going bad.

Agradecemos su visita y lamentamos que haya habido este incidente con la comida del restaurante, efectivamente lo solicitado por su empresa fue un menú para niños y se sirvió en las porciones que usualmente usamos . Al recibir su molestia le mejoramos la porción y estuvimos más atentos en las siguientes comidas que no hubiera este inconveniente en coordinación con su agencia de viaje.
Gracias por haber confiado en nosotros y esperamos poderlos atender nuevamente

Scary place! Unkept and unhealthy!
We arrived and found dogs drinking water from the pool and people nos keeping safer distance. Desk service did not present any COVID safety measures.
Bathrooms showed mold everywhere and common areas where not clean.
Triple bedroom had only one towel and 1 blanket for the beds.
Front desk and restaurant staff was uncaring and unfriendly.
Will never go back there!

Quiet and nice place to stay!
The place is spotless, food is good and the staff are very efficient and professional.
We couldn't use the swimming pool but same was clean as the jacuzzis in the area.
