I arrived at this hotel to check in after flying from Cusco. It was after 9:00 pm. After checking me in and taking my credit card, she informed me that my room was not ready and that they had some problems earlier in the day. So, it is 6 hours past check - in, my room was not ready, and she did not tell me this before taking my payment. Maybe I would have chosen to go elsewhere. So, I sat in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for a room. You mean to tell me that there were no other rooms available in that hotel?
To be fair, she offered me some drinks (sodas and water) for the trouble. I declined. She then offered me a free breakfast for the next morning (I declined). I had to leave early the next morning and was not going to get up for breakfast.
The room was underwhelming. It resembles an old dorm room with no refrigerator, microwave, coffee, or tea maker. Not even a bottled water! There was a rip in the mattress cover, and the laminate flooring was buckling.
If this had been a longer stay, I would have given up the money and gone elsewhere! I would never book this hotel again!

Great Dining Experience
Great food with flavors that are suitable for Indonesian taste buds, everything was tasty and enjoyable. Marco provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Thank you for making our dining experience memorable!

Unacceptable experience
The shower head suddenly fell off the ceiling while my husband was showering and hit him in the head. Thankfully he wasn't seriously injured, but it was a frightening and unacceptable safety issue. The hotel moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but it created a lot of inconvenience for our family. We had to pack up and move everything at nearly 11pm and the replacement room wasn't fully prepared for us, as the extra bed for our son wasn't even made up. Despite the accident and disruption, there was no meaningful effort to make things right. I hope the hotel inspects and repairs all of its shower fixtures so this doesn't happen to another guest. Regretting picking this hotel to save $$. Go elsewhere.

RUDE AHH RECEPTION
False advertising. The room they gave us was nothing like the picture, which
accommodated 3 people online and only 1 in person. They said the couch was a bed for a 10 year old... no one fits there and it was a safety hazard even if you had a kid because the desk is on-top of it.
The receptionist was extremely rude. As we were trying to make accommodations elsewhere they turned off our room keys without the talk of our cancellation with everything in our rooms.
