Terrible experience. Hopefully the breakfast will be ok
Terrible. The room for 2 costs 130 usd which is also same price as los delfines in San Isidro. The attention from the personel is ok however, the Wi Fi doesnt really work as intended as i have to be in different meetings in different time windows and it disconnects automatically. Then it doesnt work and when they give you a code to get into it well it doesnt connect or lets you input that since you made too many attempts to connect. I came with my car to this place and the parking spots were beyond small, specially to make the turns. The ceiling was dangerously short to the point my head almost struck to an airvent of co2 or something like that on the parking lot. 130$ for something like this? No thanks im never going back to this place. Forgot to mention the floor isnt carpet which isnt really my type of floor but thats not the problem. The problem is that they charged me 130 usd for with bad acoustics thanks to the floor type. Idk the rest of tourists here but im not satisfied with the service and the installations . Forgot to mention. The personel that is inside the hotel is all good very service like. However the guard outside talks as if everything bothers him. Wouldnt make it a skin or nationality problem however i think it is because i am peruvian and the guy treated me like if i was a problem maker at the door when all i was going to do is to check in and had to ask for the parking spots. I tried being very polite and hold it down so i can write it here. The guy entonation was kinda rude. Not by the accent but by the intention on how he said the things like someone can ask you if theres anything he can offer to you. However he asked it as if I was some kind of suspect or criminal almost, like passive aggressive. For 130$ to be done wrongfully and then giving me a room smaller than the other hotel plus a deficient wi fi, very small parking spots and a roof so short that my head almost strucks it on the parking lot, next to the rubbish so it smells horrible? Nah, I'd pass on this one.
PD: Southpark reference for rest of tourists "Very cultural" ofc my dudes u really dont know what you are paying for or this guys just made me wrong because im in the same country im getting a room for 2. Is it discriminatory? Idk but i kinda felt threatened by the guard down there and the installations felt very small and hostile for me as a person.

A/C was out in our room before we got there. Apparently maintenance knew this but front desk didn’t. We had to re-pack and move rooms late in the evening when we were tired. Hotel was only willing to move us to same type of room. No upgrade, no discount.

Good location. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Good sized rooms. Only negative was there was no free water in the room or hotel reception.
