Super recommended!

Very good service. Cesar, Reina and Winny were very friendly always. Good breakfast, very good. They answered all the questions we asked them, they gave us good recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable. I recommend it to all travelers

No elevator. I'm a 70 year old male with some hip problems. I had to drag my luggage up 4 floors. Non English speaking front desk personnel. Thank you translator on phone. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport. Taxi never showed so took a tuk tuk to airport. Property is not in the greatest area of the city.

Very satisfied

Excellent attention and kindness from the reception staff, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, it is a quiet, tidy, clean place for an incredible experience, very easy to get to and close to tourist places, in general very happy for the excellent service

I recommend it 100%, excellent service

Everything was excellent, first class service, very rich and varied breakfast and the employees were very helpful in everything. I recommend it 100%… I will return again on my next trip to the hotel.
I liked the viewpoint since it has a beautiful view and the pool, there were floats for the little ones.

We were booked for two nights. The first room was above the disco and on the street, so it was noisy. The second night we switched to an interior room. There seem to be very few guests. The double bed sagged and the bathroom flooded due to the rain. The breakfast was individually cooked but not much there. The coffee was instant, in season and out of season. The location is convenient.
