It’s a FULL AND DESERVED 5*

Estela manages it in a very professional and personalized way in order to match each Guest needs.
The rest of the staff is also very friendly (special mention to Jose who goes above and beyond).
Luz is a travel agent usually stops by and offers great tours at the best prices. She’s also always available to assist and help you with your doubts and needs.
Location is really great, very central.
I’ve just left and I already miss this place

Horrifying ordeal

I had the worst experience in this hostel. With my friend we had booked it in advance by booking, the photos of the app looked decent, but when the reality arrived it was completely different, the dirty carpets, the disgusting bathroom (it had even pubic hairs) the shower water did not come out hot, they provided us with a bath outside the room, but the water did not heat either.. the receptionist spoke to her boss and told us that we could leave without paying at 10 pm, with 5 minutes to go; in the end we spent the night there (which we paid), when we made the claim, the owner apparently told us that they were things that happened and did not even give us an apology..
I don't recommend it at all.
