Great accommodation

Comfortable beds and bed linen, spacious room and attentive staff, 24-hour accommodation.
Excellent location close to the center of Cusco.
Close to restaurants and markets.
The accommodation has a baggage storage service at no cost.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... EVER AGAIN

The first thing... lacks empathy with the client.
Breakfast Buffet... of the worst...only butter (in pellets), jam (on a plate), they gave you Tampico instead of orange juice.
When I made the reservation... they never told me that they did not accept cards or debit or credit... only cash.
As for the room...there was no desk because I went for work.
The truth is not recommended as for a person who comes from other places.

I wouldn't go back to that hatun wasi hotel

Travel with my son , yesterday 23 October I stayed in the hotel we went up at 7:00 am take breakfast there was no breakfast I indicated that the fruit was already finished the juice bread ham there were some slices as well as the cheese tried to accommodate with pineapple and some grapes , the reception treated me very badly did not want to give me the book of claims I had to go out to take breakfast outside is more did not want to give me ballot asked me in cash payment. And as she discounted my room her rate was 180 and I dropped 150 I was very disappointed. The room mirror and shower was with mushrooms all dirty I do not recommend the receptionist's treatment very bad instead of putting myself in my place, if they did the same to her.

Better Then Expected

I have traveled to Cusco many times since 2002. This is by far the best hotel value I have encountered here. For starters, the location is absolutely fantastic. The room was clean with comfortable bed and pillows. There was always a lot of very hot water available. The wifi worked great - on the third floor. I do not understand the low average rating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Reasonable For City Center

I would actually call the Hatun Wasi better than "average" but not "very good" so in between a 3 and a 4. Just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas it's very centrally located. Prices were reasonable and the rooms were good -- clean, well maintained and well furnished. Wi Fi was available but didn't reach to my room. I had to go down to a common area to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. They held my luggage when I checked out for a day to travel to Aguas Calientes then return for a couple more nights. They also let me use their phone when I had to make some local calls. Not the lap of luxury but I would return.
