Clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Though simple, everything works well. Located a manageable walk from the city center and feels safe.

This was my worst hotel experience by far. I received better service hosteling than at Cori. First, no toiletries are provided except for two small bars of soap (very mini sizes). Everyday after a long day of tours which in Cuzco start at 4:30am, we would come back to our rooms with only one new towel. We would need to go to front desk to ask for replacements. The shower head was broken and the water would spray everywhere. There was a leak from the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and the sink and toilet were dirty with yellow residue. I would book either Tierra Nova or Kantu Hotel in Cusco. Also the walls are so thin and it’s very loud, you can hear everything.
One incident: There was a regular make up stain on a towel after a full day of touring (4:30 am to 8:00 pm - we were beyond exhausted) and when we went down to ask for more towels (since they never replace them), front desk said that they could not remove the make up stain and they would charge me 50 soles and gave me back that same dirty towel.. I easily washed the stain off with their small soap bar which makes me think they don’t wash their towels. I would not book Cori.

Comfortable and affordable option in a convenient location. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is fairly new, located in a small quiet street, away from street noise in central Cusco.
Amenities is minimal, but the friendly staff will try their best to accommodate customers’ needs.
They can keep your luggage while you are on a multi-day trip, e.g. trek to Machu Picchu.

Great Stay, Tatiana was amazing, kept our luggages safely in the storage for another day while we hiked up Macchu Piccu.
