Excellent location!

I stayed there one night and we liked the hotel a lot. The staff is charming, they have a satisfying buffet breakfast to start the day from 5:30 am. The rooms are standard, clean, and it is super close to the square and you can get everywhere on foot. It doesn't have an elevator but they take your suitcases up and down, they are super attentive. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is only because at night, being so close to the square, you do hear some noise at night. If you stay a couple of nights it's fine, and if it's more, maybe you won't be able to rest as well. But I loved the hotel itself and its staff!!

Casa Andina is an ideal hotel.

Excellent service. The location is ideal, steps away from the Plaza de Armas. We spent an excellent five days in Cusco.

Positive experience

Heydi was attentive and polite during breakfast. Room is clean and up to par. I had some difficult sleeping the first night but it could’ve been a combination of reasons.

Location was very central. Breakfasts were disappointing… not a lot there beyond scrambled eggs and coffee, and less fruit and other variety as the morning went on.
We got sick partway through our stay. I was charged for soiled sheets. Seems odd to add that sort of humiliation when you are in the hospitality business.

Worth the stay good location

The hotel was well placed, clean and modern. We ended up in a ground floor windowless room which whilst roomy was stuffy. Breakfast was rather limited the only egg option was scrambled. Our waitress Zunilda Heydi was attentive
