Could be better with little changes

Stay away.
I understand this was a budget hotel. I get it. But there should be basic accommodations for your stay. For example, if you go to Cuzco Peru in July (which is their winter), there should be a Heather or a portable heater or something in the room. There was not. Yes, they will give you extra blankets but how do you manage to walk around in cold?
Secondly the bathroom was a situation. First, the knob was broken. They attempted to replace the knob with no avail. Imagine. Getting up in middle of night in cold and having to go to bathroom and can’t literally get into it.
WiFi was spotty at best. TV didn’t work. Hard towels. Hot water lasts <5 minutes if you take one before anyone else in hotel but, if literally anyone else is taking a shower, no hot water for you.
Yes it was cheap but at some point how far does that go without basic necessities?
Yes, it was clean. Aged and old but clean.
Not really close to anything.

staff was friendly. but the airport shuttle is not FREE . i wasn't aware of that until you get to the hotel and the driver charges you.

Could not stay, they dont offer what is published, no pick up really happened, terrible communication and no sense of hospitality.

No hot water, “included breakfast” means a piece of bread and tea, everything else is extra, on a noisy main road with barking stray dogs, in a bad area of Cusco, they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and had to pay again in person to get a room, you have to turn your key in every time you leave the hotel. We moved the first day and are awaiting a refund.

Simply unprofessionnal.

I booked a room in the hotel 4 days prior pur arrival. When at the hotel, the clerk said to us that he had no more room available and offered us to fo somewhere nearby. The other place was plain dirty, needless to say we went elsewhere. A lot of hassle for nothing.
