Great customer service!

Top customer service! After our travel plans changed last minute, we had to cancel our stay. Hotel Pumakala was very understanding and waived the cancellation fee. Thank you very much! Next time will make sure to stay at your beautifully looking place!

Good Hotel, with a wonderful view of the lake

A good place to relax, have a good time with your partner, for the privacy and peace you find there. Good attention from the girls, good view of the Lake, and above all good sunrise that you see from nature. I loved everything, the attention it provides and the spacious rooms with a good atmosphere.I promise to return next year

Charming hotel quality and nature

Charming hotel, clean, comfortable, cheerful, good views, ideal for contact with nature. Great breakfast, rich, quality and abundant, the staff was very professional and pleasant. Comfortable beds and good size room.

Excellent

Excellent service we went with friends to Candelaria clean rooms, large at night its bonfire and the best thing is its view of the lake a thousand points we left happy mind you February full luvia was the bad thing but without a doubt Candelaria was worth it

Beautiful place.

Good place to get away from the noise of the city and enjoy nature and Lake Titicaca. Excellent atmosphere, cozy place, clean rooms and above all good service from the staff. I liked the view of the lake and the nature of the place.
