Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. My last room had the AC not working, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the hallways are dirty like they just take care of the rooms but not the surrounding areas, bedding was very clean 🙏 that makes me

This place was a complete let down I have no idea why it has 8.8 on Expedia. The hotel is super dirty place needs some serious love all areas of hotel are dusty. The rooms where better kept at least the bungalows were But there was ants all over the place. Place seems like it was a nice place at one point but totally missing better hospitality and maintenance on the buildings. The restaurant wasn’t so bad food was pretty good on the bright side . But definitely disappointed in our stay.

Poor corporate management and critical operational failures
Very poor corporate experience.
The management of the group was disorganized from the beginning, especially in relation to billing, which was not delivered in a timely manner despite being a corporate service.
At the operational level, the hotel had multiple serious failures: absence of internet in several areas, power outages in more than one room and inconsistent functioning of the air conditioning (in some rooms it operated correctly and in others it did not).
This type of incident not only affects the guest experience, but directly compromises work activities and scheduled meetings.
I would not recommend this hotel for events or corporate stays as it does not guarantee minimum operating conditions or proper administrative management.

Mall right close by but hotel is just not maintained. Friendly and good for kids but room and pool and the rest is 3 stars
