My experience at the Plaza Paitilla Hotel Panama

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Exceptional view. Warmth, friendliness, and collaboration from the staff. Very good breakfast. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, and throughout my stay, I felt as though I was unwanted.
I decided to check out a day earlier than planned, and not a single staff member asked why I was leaving early or if there was anything they could do to improve my experience. I was also never given any information or directions about the hotel’s amenities or where to find them.
Good hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and cared for, and unfortunately, that was completely missing during my stay. The overall attitude of the staff made the experience very uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Great location and beautiful sunrises if you have a Bayview room. Easy to walk and Uber. Breakfast is great too.

Great hotel. Check in was super slow but everything else was good. Clean room and amazing buffet breakfast.

Ah, from the room, this panoramic view of Panama Bay!

A pearl in Panama for a very sweet price. This hotel is not brand new but its advantages are many: it is well maintained, it is ideally located near the ledge (bicycle rental a stone's throw) and, above all, its architecture means that EVERY room has a panoramic window and a splendid view of the Panama Bay.
In addition, one of the best breakfasts of our trip.
