Stayed here for 2 nights. Close to Casca, quick uber ride. Staff very friendly, bed very comfortable!

Rooms 113 or 115 view of a roof not ocean as booked

Recently stayed at this Hotel. We had booked ocean view rooms and had messaged multiple time to ensure we had a view as this was the last night of a very special trip. We had a garbage ridden view of a broken don clay roof, no chairs on our patio and when we went down to use the pool it was cloudy, dirty and smelled foul. I was disappointed as the rest of the hotel was beautiful and location was great. Sadly they would not refund our stay either after lengthy discussion.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms was extremely old and there was mold in the room. Additionally, when I did the booking, I asked if it was possible to provide a room with view over the canal. Once I arrived and asked for it, they said no right away, even though there was plenty of rooms available. Which was quite disappointing, especially as it was me and my girlfriend’s last night.
The rest of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

It was a,5 day lovely stay, great breakfast, veggie options for me. Very courteous,staff. The balcony needs better furniture. Rest excellent. Will stay again God,willing! Beautiful ocean vistas and green gardens. Amazing experience.

Avoid

A complete lack of communication from this hotel. After making a booking I messaged both through booking dot com and the hotel’s own email address about an early check in (that they advertise) – four times. We have since stayed and left - I’m still waiting for any response.
I then contacted the owning group who asked me to phone the hotel. The phone number the hotel uses on booking.com never answers. I used the website phone number, spoke to a very helpful person who took all the details and then seemingly threw them in the bin. As when we got to the hotel – they had no record of our early check in.
My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
