First time In Hebron

Very very pleasant staff. They all made me feel at home away from home . Everyone is willing to help, and they will check on you all the time to make sure you have everything y out need to stay Comfy. I love the “ People centered interaction “ between the management and the workers

Disappointing Experience at Abu Mazen Hotel – Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at Abu Mazen Hotel in Hebron, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and accommodations.
First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom had a strange odor. It was clear that housekeeping wasn’t paying attention to details. The furniture also looked old and worn out.
The staff was not very helpful or welcoming. When I had an issue with my room’s air conditioning, it took hours for someone to come, and even then, the problem was not fully resolved. I felt like they didn’t really care about guest comfort.
Another major issue was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It was very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the selection was very limited. For a hotel that claims to be high-end, I expected much better quality and variety.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are definitely better options in Hebron for the same price or even less. I regret booking here and will not be returning.

Good experience

I booked online and pay when arriving and it’s worked fine for me and t’s was a good experience the stuff was great and helpful the room clean the Customer service they were very kind and friendly people thank you! I recommend it for any other clients

Over rated

Hotel is worn out with rooms facilities that obviously had not been maintained for a long period. Level of clearness is quite sub-standard and attention to details is poor. Reading through earlier views, hotel and its managements seems to have deteriorated over time

Terrible experience

Terrible experience
The staff are rude
Unbelievably rude.
The staff talks to guests like a warden
No chance to get near by.
For some reason, the boss started yelling at guests in order to make visitors evacuate the lobby for cleaning.
I really encourage you not to visit this hotel.
