A terrible hotel
Below the hotel is a restaurant until late a lot of noise.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
We paid €236 for a stay that we could not even use in the end. We booked in the evening and discovered the next day in the morning that the hotel has no elevator. This poses a major problem as my husband is recovering from knee surgery and is therefore not mobile.
We contacted immediately and through Booking.com it was even suggested to make an exception for cancellation. The hotel only had to approve this – but it was vehemently refused. Then we tried to move the date to a later time when my husband would be mobile. This too was rejected without any understanding.
In addition, the hotel is practically unreachable by phone. Whatever you choose from the drop-down menu (1, 2, 3, 4...), you will always receive a tape that says you must contact us via the website or by mail. This only makes it more frustrating in a situation where quick shifting is required.
No flexibility, no empathy and no customer focus at all. Instead of thinking along in a clear force majeure situation, they hide behind rules and simply let customers lose €236.
Absolutely unacceptable.
I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!

Do not book
Loose floor tiles, dingy curtains, bed linen and towels.
On Thursday evening there was live music in the café below that lasted until 1:30 am. Then it became a bit quieter but still audible.
The café is the main purpose and the rooms are a nice addition to their income. Hotel guests are not taken into account.
Not recommended!!

Terrible noise
The rooms are far from tidy, the floor tiles are loose, there were stains on the bedding and on the walls.
There is no TV (but we knew that).
What we found extremely disturbing was the incredible noise from the café beneath the hotel.
The music was terribly loud and the bass pounded us out of bed, on a Thursday evening.
That nothing is done about the complaints is evident from the fact that these types of complaints have been reported for more than 8 years.
If only we had read this earlier.

Never again
The staff didn't take their time and you had to wait forever
The hotel entrance was full of restaurant tables and you had to ask the guests to get up every time
There weren't enough towels in the rooms and it was a big problem to get them because the restaurant guests were given priority.
The room was small and not completely clean.
The room was thinly soundproof. It was impossible to sleep because of the party guests and the restaurant.
The water in the shower doesn't drain. There is no shower tray
The toilet is behind the shower.
That means wet feet every time.
The owner doesn't want to know anything about it and was very unfriendly.
Our worst hotel stay.
Definitely not recommended
