Never again Carillon

Window blocked in tilted position. Room is so poorly ventilated which leads to overheating of the room. No bath and towels. Despite blanket booking.com we were still charged 10 euros tax. (on the internet 3.25 euros/pers)?! Room very noisy!? Never again!!

We do not recommend this hotel

This hotel was one of the worst we have ever stayed at. The room was very small with dirty curtains, the shower had no showerhead. The website said they provided breakfast, but they no longer do. They do have a restaurant that serves through lunch and dinner. They don't have a receptionist later in the evening nor in the morning - we went out of the hotel in the in the morning to get breakfast and our room key wouldn't work. We had to wait until someone came along with a phone so we could call someone to come let us in. It didn't take long once we called. The only positive is that the hotel is right in the center. However, the price was way too high.

NIGHTMARE

It was a nightmare. Arriving around midnight, in the midst of total chaos we were given the key to this dump. To get there, very steep stairs where you risk your life, the hole is dirty, smells, broken window on the main street on Friday evening.The Manager comes to "fix" with a cleaver...We didn't sleep a wink.The next day I checked out immediately but didn't want to refund the following nights...result STOLEN 600

Never again and don't book

Last weekend I slept in Room 12. What a horrible old dirty room and I wonder where the stains on the walls come from? When you flush the toilet, the water comes out from under the bowl in the 1960s bathroom. Laundry bags in the hallway, dirty carpeting and so on. That's why we didn't have breakfast there

Deceitful manager scarpers Into back room

The most deceitful and unpleasant manager who hides in his office when we complained that few people did not get fed at all! They made us wait and wait and turned our heater off together rid of us as our complaint was justified by waiting staff. He told them to say he gave 10% off each meal but when I checked against the menu..it was the same!! Even the waiter was shocked. The so called manager was like nothing I have seen before! If he's not part of the family business sack him immediately , if he is I'd ask him to wash the dishes and then sack him. Didn't care a toss..
