2 stars at best

Stayed here with a sports team. Had a twin share room that was only just big enough to for 2 people. Bathroom small but the shower had hot water. Had a small fridge & pod coffee maker. Safe was broken.
Reception is slow and not always availible. Only had a cook & 1 staff member to handle reception, bar, restaurant & kitchen. This meant that if a few people checked in at the same time no service at the bar or restaurant. Also we wanted to dine as a group but were told that we could dine in lots of 4 or 6. [we had 32 in our group]
Rooms are not serviced daily, you have to request the day before. We asked of 3 days before our room was done & then only the towels were changed & the beds roughly remade. The same sheets were on the beds for our 2 week stay.
Plenty of parking & close to the railway station is about the only postive things I can say about the place.

Informed hotel manager on Thursday no TV and Internet extremely slow. Hotel manager said he would have it fixed. Friday spoke to hotel manager again, said he will have it fixed. Saturday spoke to another staff member, again we will see what we can do, headoffice do not work on weekends and will require headoffice assistance.
No tv channels, WiFi so slow cannot make a WhatsApp voice call.

room was not cleaned, coffee cups of the previous guest still in the machine; worse was the body smell in the pillow, left day early while paid
