This hotel is really good, it's in a great spot in Amsterdam Zuid. I really appreciate how kind and professional the staff are. The rooms are totally fine. I had an issue with the aircon for two days (it was averaging 27 degrees). I asked for help right away, and they gave me another room. Thanks for that.

Good location and friendly staff, but areas for improvement

I stayed a week at this hotel because of work and study. The room was spacious and the location is very good, close to the universities and conveniently accessible.
The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. On a hot day I was even offered an ice cream, which I found very thoughtful.
However, I had several problems with the hot water in the bathroom during my stay. I reported this to the reception, but unfortunately it was not resolved during my stay.
In addition, I lacked a comfortable desk to study or work in the room.
For a short stay, this hotel is practical and conveniently located. For longer stays more comfort would be nice.

The staff on my arrival were a little rude. I explained to them I was arriving late as my flight had been canceled and they still wanted me to pay for early check-in when I had already paid for the first night that I couldn't show up. They said that they had had a full night. That clearly was irrelevant as even if the hotel had been full the previous night, they should still have had my room available, as I had booked and paid weeks in advance.

Amsterdam with a family

Hotel in a amazing position,1 step from airport and 10 minutes in metro to the city,very friendly staff, Sana is very kindly,good service with free snack and tea.
The downside is the cleanliness and condition of the room; to improve the service, please pay attention to their cleanliness and maintenance.

Awesome hotel

Had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location is fenomenal, next to tram, metro and the airport train. Their complimentary coffee, juices and fruits are amazing. Friendly staff always happy to help. The rool was comfortable and clean. Would come back and recommend greatly.
