Discovery of another culture

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, good bedding.
Complete breakfast.
Functional hotel because it is close to the tram.
The only downside, the staff does not speak English and when your travel agency gives you documents in French for the hotel, well, it is complicated because no one understands what is written.
I had an argument with an employee to access breakfast (my reservation included breakfast + SPA + cruise); the receptionist did not want to understand or look further than his nose, even though upon my arrival with his colleague, we had checked the breakfast. Then the one who had done my check-in the day before took over and it was fine.
To avoid these little inconveniences, basic French lessons would be welcome.

Family hockey trip

Very impressed by the overall quality of the hotel. Spacious, modern, clean and stylish. Nice and efficient staff. Location was outside the centre but took 15mins in a taxi or 35mins by public transport to reach it. Lots of nice restaurants around 5m taxi away. Much better value than central hotels. Gym and sauna also good. Restaurant and bar were decent and fairly priced

Beautiful stay

I asked for a good view because it was my boyfriends Birthday and the Hotel Workers really gave me a room with a Beautiful view. They really try to do the Best for you when you prefer something!!

Great modern hotel with excellent transport links

We really enjoyed our stay at the Olympic Hotel. The hotel itself is really nice, modern and well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. We were staying in Block B, which overlooked the football pitches and running track. The view was really nice.
There were some useful amenities in the room, including a safe, mini fridge and hairdryer, which made the stay even easier.
The breakfast was fairly standard and was the same each day. There was a decent selection, although we did find it quite strange that there was no toaster!
Location-wise, the hotel is a little further out from the main centre, but this wasn’t a problem for us at all. We got the bus from the airport to the hotel, which took around 20 minutes and was really straightforward. The number 24 tram was also fantastic for getting into the centre and took around 20 minutes. It stops at various useful locations, including the Museum Quarter, Dam Square and Central Station.
Overall, we would definitely recommend the Olympic Hotel. It’s a modern, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent public transport links.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed one night. Wanted a good nights sleep and got it.
