Great hotel for exploring
Modern, clean hotel. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a canal facing room on arrival which we made the most of every day. The room was on the smaller side but still deceptively spacious, very clean. The hotel is central to so much and despite being in the red light district, it was very peaceful and we felt very safe exploring especially at night. Our only issue was the unfriendly and rude staff on reception,with the exception of the lovely lady who checked us in, particularly the male staff on in the evenings.

I would definitely return! Excellent location.
Our stay was very good. Incredible location, and we got a room with a view of the canal. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The beds and pillows were quite good. Super close to the train station, near Dam Square and all the tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly, treated us very well, and their service was excellent. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed it; it is served in the restaurant next door and has a variety. We recommend it, and if we return, we would stay there again.
A few things that could be improved.
- The air conditioning failed us the first night, but they fixed it immediately, and it worked well afterward.
- The air blows directly on the face and it was a bit uncomfortable, but we fell asleep in reverse.
- The shower has no door and a little water spills out.

Room was small but comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Shower powerful. Room and reception clean. Very good location, breakfast at pancake shop next door was good, although you must say that you are from hotel for the limited menu as opposed to the full menu. Food was good though. Would stay again..

We stayed in the attic, which was a big mistake. I would not recommend if you were over 5 foot tall. The beds were very uncomfortable. Every night when you move, the bed shifted off the frame, thankfully the window opened, which cooled of the room at night.

We stayed in the last available room, which was a tiny attic room with 2 beds. The very friendly staff warned about the size, and one offered to help carry our luggage up the last spiral staircase, but overall we were pleasantly surprised. The room was actually better than expected, with space to hang clothes, a chair and table, and a decent shower. The toilet was a bit cramped, but we had expected that.
We chose this hotel based upon price and closeness to the railway station, and it was fine given the known limitations.

The hotel will contact the booker/guest with more details. Please note that Hotel CC may pre-authorize your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Some renovations are being performed outside the building, and therefore some scaffolding might be visible from your room window. Please note that the hotel does not have a breakfast room. Breakfast is served in another restaurant right next to the property. Guests will find a variety of restaurants, shops and bars in the street of Hotel CC. An set menu with choice of coffee, tea, milk and juice is available every morning from 8.00 am to 12.00 am in the restaurant (Original Pankace) next the hotel. The tour desk will provide guests with tips to explore the city.
