Exceptional service, thoughtful hospitality, amazing Kids Club

Our stay at JW Marriott Muscat was truly exceptional and one of the best service experiences we have had within the Marriott chain.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing Kids Club. A special thank you to Minoosh and Viway for their exceptional care, enthusiasm, and professionalism in supervising the children. As parents, this was the greatest benefit of our holiday. Knowing our children were happy, engaged, and well looked after allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
Thank you to the entire JW Marriott Muscat team for an unforgettable stay—we look forward to returning.

Lovely home-like hotel in Muscat

Location was very convenient since I was attending the 2026 OPES. This is my preferred hotel anytime I visit Muscat. It has a good atmosphere, very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mr Ranueer and Mr Sami for their great service at CATCH Restaurant. The hotel is very affordable for the quality service you get. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience at The Catch at JW Marriott. A special thank you to Govin and Ibrahim for their excellent service. They were both very welcoming, attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our visit.
They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their positive attitude really added to the experience. Their level of hospitality is exactly what you expect from JW Marriott.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel, and Chef Serhat made it truly unforgettable. Every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh and full of flavour. His talent, attention to detail and passion for food were clear in every meal. He was also incredibly kind, welcoming and professional, always making sure that we were happy with everything. Chef Serhat is a real asset to the hotel, and his amazing food was one of the highlights of our stay. We cannot praise him enough and would definitely return!

Beautiful hotel, but not the best location

We had a very pleasant stay at JW Marriott Muscat. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options.
The staff were friendly and professional, and overall the service was excellent.
However, there are a few things worth considering. The location is not ideal if you want to explore Muscat or enjoy a more lively atmosphere, and the food and drinks at th
e hotel are quite expensive.
Also, the pool atmosphere can feel a little uncomfortable for guests who prefer a more relaxed and Western-style pool environment, as the majority of guests follow a more conservative lifestyle. This made us feel somewhat self-conscious when using the pool.
Overall, a beautiful and high-quality hotel with excellent rooms and service, but the location and pool atmosphere may not suit everyone.
