Delightful gem in Rawene.

Robyn the host, is incredibly welcoming, a great chef who not only cooked us three magnificent dinners, but is a very knowledgeable guide to the Hokianga.
The accommodation was wonderful, very well appointed with everything we needed plus bonus views of the harbour and surrounding hills and bush.
There are great cafes in Rawene, Opononi and Manu Cafe in Omapere, which deserves a special mention for the incredible quiches, mud cake and tiramisu. Well worth a visit.
There is nothing we would want to change and we will be back.

Wonderful boutique experience

We were fortunate to spend 2 nights in the Viola studio which was very well appointed and clean. The styling was carefully curated and created a relaxing space. The wrought iron queen bed was very comfortable and the double shower provided a spacious ensuite. Whilst a small space it felt private and relaxing- inviting a relaxing few hours reading in the quiet. Robyn is a generous host and makes you feel like you are staying with a friend, sharing a relaxing break away from the city. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, prepared by Robyn, which was very much appreciated as we had not planned for this. As animal lovers we were happy to be greeted by the resident guard dog ( chihuahua) and the black cat immediately found me as well.
This is a place you won't be disappointed with and will want to stay longer!

Fantastic Stay

This must be one of the best boutique accommodations we have stayed in. Spotless, wanted for nothing, room was extremely well appointed. Recommend to all and is perfect position in Rawene.

Fabulous

Marriner's exceeded expectations in every way. I run a boutique BnB (BELLE) in Devonport, Auckland and know what it takes to create with love a perfect space and stay for guests. The guesthouse was spotless, comfortable and Robyn ( lovely hostess) has superb taste in decorating. Great position and views, too. I will go back again.
Robyn can also supply guests with meals. I would take advantage of that next time.

What a delight to stay in their smaller room
Immaculate and clean really divine sheets and a sensational two person shower.
Don’t expect a TV as reception is apparently not great.
We strongly suggest you enjoy their wonderful evening meals not cheap but a wonderful mis of fine dining meets home cooking.
