All was good except travellers need a comfortable chair to rest in. Not dining chairs.
I believe an investmnt in some comfortable chairs would make units very good.

Satisfactory accommodation

We were in the studio apartment with kitchenette. Room was spacious enough for the two of us. Our room was quiet. Close to main town about 20 minutes walk. Parking was just in front of the room.
There wasn't much kitchen bench space.
Tissues were not provided.
Bathroom has only a towel rail. No other hooks to hang clothes. There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. This caused condensation in the bathroom after a shower. There was a window but without wire screen. Mosquitoes flew into the room when we opened it for ventilation.

Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Such a lovely motel to stay the room was absolutely spotless clean, the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. We had a restful nights sleep. The motel is a short distance away from the city centre. The pool was nice and refreshing especially on a hot day. Highly recommend and shops, takeaways and bakery/cafe 1 min away from motel. Definitely would stay here again,, Thank You for a lovely stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t believe they would service the room on Christmas Day! Really appreciated and didn’t expect such service.
Room very spacious for our group of five adults. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of plunger coffee :) appreciated the freestanding fans and AC in the hot weather. Not the most modern motel you’ll stay at but their service and plenty of extras makes it very worthwhile to stay here. Will stay again when in Napier. Thanks so much.

Lovely stay, room was spotless and hotel is close to Town Centre and Marine Parade.
