The apartment was excellent value for money, clean, well equipped. It was warm and being on a main road I expected it to be noisy but it was really quiet. It's literally a six minute walk to the hospital door.
However.... The check in process is a pain in the a&$$ The keypass needs to be collected from another site and the ph. number on the expedia site was wrong. When I got the correct number, the phone was only answered after the fourth occassion.

The room was perfect and very clean. A brush and pan would have been useful because the room service did not cover cleaning the floor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything that the neighbours above and beside me talking about and walking and a screaming child. The plus for this is that it’s close to the hospital, but definitely not worth the price.

2pm check in mean 2pm couldn't get in room until 2.45pm and still clean guy in my room. No Sky Tv. Area unsafe. Off license motel. People stay here mouths i am thinking too. Lady lock out motel and worng number on wall needs cell number. Pillows old. Parking only 8 parks too.

Apartment was great, with everything needed for a longer stay and easy walking distance to the hospital.

Perfect Hospital Location

Perfectly located to Waikato Hospital. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was well appointed with adequate space. Comfy beds & excellent bed linen. Washing Machine handy as was the single drawer dishwasher. Highly recommend
