Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Excellent front staff had recommended dining options on the ocean front. Parking was easy right outside our door. The room was spotlessly clean with ample toiletries. I would recommend this motel.

Wonderful Stay

We highly recommend this property and the adjoining Aurora Hotel. The rooms are so much nicer than the photos show. Everything is very new, clean and modern. Our room was a studio but included everything we needed—refrigerator, microwave, dishes and utensils, a nightlight in the bathroom and very good shower. The location was perfect for walking around and seeing the sights. Having parking so close to town was terrific. Though is is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and serene. It is very convenient to the University and also the Titura Otago Museum. The Botanical Gardens are also an easy walk as is the historic downtown.

Easy parking. Efficient friendly check in. Well stocked room. Very clean. Staff helpful. Read the in-house information as it tells you about the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
